二 | 同洲电子表示，被告一至被告十八共同策划、实施了“猎龙科技”投资骗局，假意投资共青城猎龙科技发展有限公司（“猎龙科技”）或担任董监高、虚构猎龙科技经营计划，骗取原告向猎龙科技实缴出资 1.5 亿元，随后各被告操控猎龙科技银行账户，迅速转移侵占该 1.5 亿元资金，导致原告巨额损失，各被告应当承担侵权赔偿责任。此外，被告五的唯一股东是被告十九，被告十九的唯一股东是被告二十，同洲电子表示，被告十九与被告二十依法应当对被告五的侵权赔偿义务承担连带责任。同洲电子在诉讼请求中要求判令上述前十八名被告赔偿 1.5 亿元投资款，并连带赔偿资金占用损失约 7,052.40 万元，合计约 2.2 亿元。同洲电子表示，由于本案尚未开庭审理，对公司本期及期后利润的影响存在不确定性，公司将严格按照有关法律、法规的规定，持续关注该事项的进展情况，及时履行信息披露义务。
